Working inside an internal creative studio supporting multiple brands simultaneously, I produced campaign visuals across social media, paid advertising, and e-commerce environments.
Each campaign required fast adaptation across formats while maintaining individual brand consistency — from concept to delivery, at scale.

Creative Studio Structure
The creative studio operated with a centralized campaign brief presented by the creative director and marketing team.
Once the campaign assets and guidelines were defined, designers were assigned projects based on their visual strengths and creative approach.
Each designer had a high degree of creative autonomy to interpret the campaign and develop assets using the tools and workflows they considered most efficient, provided that production deadlines were met.
This structure allowed the studio to move quickly while maintaining a diverse visual approach across campaigns.

Asset Production at Scale
Each campaign required the production and adaptation of assets across multiple platforms and formats.

occasional print materials
Because each platform required different aspect ratios and sizes, assets needed to be systematically adapted while maintaining visual consistency with each brand’s identity.
Process Improvement
To improve production efficiency, I developed enhancements to the Photoshop template system used for campaign updates.
These adjustments automated a significant portion of the repetitive asset generation process, allowing campaign visuals to be updated more quickly and consistently.
The improved template structure was later shared with other designers within the team as an optional workflow for faster production.

Outcome
Working within a high-volume campaign production environment strengthened my ability to translate creative direction into scalable visual systems.
The role required balancing speed, consistency and creative interpretation while producing assets for multiple brands and digital platforms simultaneously.
